Holistic Mental Health (4 sessions)

Service Description

4 session bundles (every month) save $20 per month when paid in advance. This bundle allows us to be able to schedule future appointments and save you money. These 4 sessions will allow me to help guide you through your journey, focusing on any aspect of your choice. Whether it be past trauma, current stressors, future planning, overcoming self-destruction, or simply learning healthy coping strategies to implement into your daily life. This session will solely focus on mental health services.
