I am a mother, veteran, business owner, personal trainer, wellness coach, and holistic mental health therapist. I have a passion for helping others improve overall health mentally, physically, and spiritually to become the best versions of themselves. I have my master’s degree in counseling psychology and a current doctoral student at Saybrook University studying Mind-Body Medicine with a specialization in Integrative Functional Nutrition.

As an empath and prior active duty personal in the military, I have deep empathy and compassion for my clients and the material I create. I am a brutally honest individual and believe that honesty is the key ingredient in healing mentally, physically, and internally.
