Service Description

4 session bundle, save $20 per month when paid in advance. This bundle allows us to plan appointments for the future and save you money. These 4 sessions will allow me to help guide you through your journey focusing on any aspect of your choice. Whether it be about overcoming past traumas, current stressors, future planning, overcoming self-destruction, learning healthy coping strategies, meal plans, work regimen, or even tips and advice that has helped me on my journey. This approach is more intimate and allows me to help you in all areas of your life, not just mental health.
